We want to ensure a smooth rental experience. Please review our damage policy before booking your event.
Any damage to rental equipment during your event will be charged per item. Damage includes but is not limited to: broken frames, torn fabrics, stains that cannot be cleaned, structural damage, or missing pieces.
Minor signs of use are expected and do not incur charges. We cover normal wear and tear, minor creases, and typical use marks.
The renter is responsible for the safekeeping and condition of all rented equipment throughout the rental period. Items must be handled with care and protected from weather and damage.
Damage charges will be assessed and billed separately from your rental cost. We'll document any damage with photos and provide an itemized invoice upon discovery.
